Hi, I am Ankita :)

Thank you for stopping by here. I am Ankita Shirodkar, from Goa, India. I am a Computer Engineer by profession and do a bit of tech stuff for a living. Here are two things I love to do most – write and cook! This blog embodies the union of two of my passions.

I used to be quite the shy girl back in the day, sometimes tongue-tied. Writing had often lent a voice to my thoughts and feelings. I guess it all started from my diary, where I would write down detailed accounts of each day’s highlights. That’s where my love for writing began.

I absolutely love to cook for my loved ones and I am still learning everyday; I believe it’s an unending, not to mention delicious, journey. I read recipes, watch videos, try and twist recipes to suit my palate. I am not too strict about the quantity of ingredients, I am a “more or less itna” kind of a person! Ultimately, it is about how gooey and fudgy you want your brownie to be, while others might like them cakey. 😀

I am thrilled to share the recipes that I have tried. I look forward to a happy blogging experience, both for me and my audience. 😀
